What do you ask your team at the end of the day?

Typically, at the end of practice, we line the girls up.  And typically, aside from other discussions and comments, the stock one we ask is, "What did you accomplish today?"  Or, "What were you most proud of?"


I think I'm going to adopt these 3 questions and try it out for a while.  May last a week.  A month.  May have permanence.
