"Don't Analyse!"
This is a nice video of the team girls having fun in between the "serious work" they are known for doing in their workouts.[/sarcasm] So don't be too critical and analytical. Just sit back and enjoy the goofballs at play.
Incidentally, if the video sticks, try pausing it to give it time to load fully (remember, this is a streaming video); sometimes it may load quick; other times slow; if you are on dial-up....lots o' luck!

this is one of my favs, cuz it the best characterization of our gym. goofing around all the time...yep.

Shhh....ok, I don't mind ribbing y'all, but I don't think we want our gym to have the reputation of having a bunch of goof-offs! You guys aren't always that bad.
One of these days I'll put together clips of the team doing some actual GOOD gymnastics.
